Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your artwork must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging. Any protective materials included with the artwork must also be returned. You will need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at moonveil.studio27@gmail.com. If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item.
• Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
• Please include photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right
Non Returnable Items and Exceptions
Due to the nature of our work, certain items are not eligible for return:
• Custom or personalized artwork, including handwritten pieces and commissioned work
• Digital downloads, if applicable
• Gift cards
• Sale or discounted items
Because our artwork is often handmade and one of a kind, we cannot accept returns on items that have been customized specifically for you.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different artwork is to request a return for the eligible item and place a new order once the return has been approved.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
To qualify under this policy:
• The artwork must be unused and in its original packaging
• Custom or personalized artwork is excluded from this right
• Proof of purchase is required
Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Processing typically takes up to 10 business days
• Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund
