SHIPPING POLICY – MOONVEIL STUDIO

Processing Time
All artwork at Moonveil Studio is handmade, handwritten, or custom-created, which requires careful attention and craftsmanship. Please allow 3–10 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Custom or commissioned pieces may take longer, depending on complexity and size; estimated production time will be provided at the time of order.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We use trusted shipping carriers within the U.S. to ensure your artwork arrives safely. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, the shipping carrier, and unforeseen events.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)

  • Custom/Commissioned Orders: Delivery times vary and will be communicated when your order is confirmed

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. For custom or large pieces, additional shipping fees may apply.

International Shipping
At this time, Moonveil Studio primarily ships within the United States. For international orders, please contact us at moonveil.studio27@gmail.com to discuss shipping options, costs, and customs requirements.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Risk of Loss
Once your artwork is handed over to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to you. Moonveil Studio is not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit. For this reason, all orders are carefully packaged to reduce risk of damage.

Damages or Issues During Shipping
If your artwork arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us immediately at moonveil.studio27@gmail.com with photos and details. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

Special Packaging
Each piece is packaged thoughtfully to protect the artwork. Fragile or large items may include additional packing materials, reinforced boxes, or protective sleeves.
