Welcome to Moonveil Studio. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Moonveil Studio. Moonveil Studio operates an independent art store and website offering original, handmade, handwritten, and artistic works, including custom and commissioned pieces, along with all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services to provide you with a curated shopping experience. The Services are powered by Shopify, which enables us to operate our online store. These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you access or use our Services. Please read these Terms carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability. You represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer or share your account with others.

SECTION 2 – OUR ARTWORK AND PRODUCTS
All artwork sold through Moonveil Studio is either handmade, handwritten, custom-created, or artist-designed. Due to the nature of handmade and artistic work, each piece may contain slight variations and natural imperfections, which are part of its unique character. We make every effort to display our artwork accurately; however, colors, textures, and details may vary depending on screen settings, lighting, or device displays. We do not guarantee that the artwork you receive will exactly match how it appears on your screen. All product descriptions and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any artwork or limit quantities at our discretion.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Moonveil Studio reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Orders are not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been sent. Due to the nature of handmade and custom artwork, we may be unable to cancel or modify orders once production has begun. If we cancel or modify an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided. All purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy. SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time of purchase and does not include taxes, shipping, customs, or import fees unless stated otherwise. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable charges.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control. Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to you.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All artwork, designs, handwritten content, images, text, branding, and creative materials displayed on the Services are owned by Moonveil Studio or licensed to us and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, resell, or create derivative works from our artwork or content without prior written permission.

We may provide access to third-party tools as part of the Services. These tools are provided “as is” and we are not responsible for their content, functionality, or accuracy.

Our Services may include links to third-party websites or platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Accessing them is at your own risk.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Moonveil Studio is powered by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with Moonveil Studio, not Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for products sold or any disputes related to your purchase. You release Shopify from any claims related to transactions with Moonveil Studio.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and processing of personal information as described in those policies.

SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK
If you submit reviews, comments, or feedback, you grant Moonveil Studio a perpetual, royalty-free license to use that feedback for business and promotional purposes.

All artwork and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Handmade artwork may naturally vary and no additional warranties are provided beyond those required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moonveil Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services or artwork purchased.

SECTION 17 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moonveil Studio and Shopify from claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

SECTION 18 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
